Power that hits hard—without burning out the system
At the core, we’re using high-power halogen elements, usually 2500W, and they run on 400V. That voltage lines up with industrial power setups, so you don’t overwork the supply. Less strain on conductors and contacts means fewer headaches and steadier performance. The tube is 300mm long, which concentrates the heat into a tight zone. That makes it easier to fit into cramped dryer ducts and narrow air paths. And because the wattage density is high, the unit jumps to operating temperature quickly after startup. No long, slow warm-up. Just heat—when you need it.

The heating tube is quartz, and for good reason. It stays stable at high temps and handles repeated heat-up and cool-down without cracking under pressure. We also added a reflective coating on the tube to push infrared energy where it matters most. That improves directionality and cuts down on wasted heat. Then there’s the R7s connector—standard for this form factor. It gives you secure end-cap contact and keeps the lamp aligned inside the housing. So when it’s time for maintenance, it’s a straightforward, drop-in swap.
What it feels like on the floor
In clothes drying, you want moisture gone fast—without soaking nearby parts. The shortwave infrared output cuts right through thin moisture films, so drying speeds up without leaning only on blasting air. Because the footprint is compact, you get a lot of heat in a small space. That’s powerful, but it also means you’ve got to get ventilation and cooling right to keep ambient heat from building up. When you do, you get drying that’s fast, consistent, and reliable—just the kind of heat that keeps a busy line moving.
