Here’s the thing about these tent heaters: we built them around one idea—high-density infrared output. Not just warming the air around you. A typical unit runs at 2500W on a 400V line. Why 400V? Because it drops the current for the same wattage, which means you can use smaller wiring and not lose voltage over distance. The 300mm tube length? That keeps the heat focused in a tight zone. So you get predictable, repeatable heating right where you need it—on the tent surface or on what’s inside—without wasting energy heating empty space.
Material and Design: Halogen, Coating, and Connectors
The heart of it is a quartz halogen tube. Quartz is tough enough to handle the shock of heating up fast and cooling down fast, without cracking. And the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so the output stays consistent over time. No fading. We also added a reflective coating on the back of the lamp. It pushes infrared energy downward, so more of the heat lands on the target and less is lost out the back. The R7s connector is simple and industrial-grade. It handles the wattage and makes the lamp an easy, drop-in replacement for what you’re already using.
Application and Benefits
