We focused on the wattage-to-length ratio to keep the heat density exactly where it needs to be. Our lamps fit right into your existing setup—no modifications needed—but we’ve completely overhauled the filament support system inside. Tougher glass, fewer headaches Standard quartz tubes are fragile. They usually snap at the pinch seal or the connector because production lines are violent places. We swapped the standard stuff for reinforced quartz glass and beefed up the electrodes. It means the lamp can take a beating from the machine’s vibration without cracking. Plus, we added specific coatings that push the energy into the PET material instead of wasting it on the oven walls. Your cooling system will thank you. What you need to know before installing You can wire these straight into your S24. They last longer, which means you spend less time swapping lamps and more time actually running your line. One quick heads-up, though. Because these are reinforced and high-output, they put out some serious localized heat. If you decide to push the wattage beyond the original factory specs to speed up your cycles, just double-check your airflow. If the ventilation isn’t there, you might warp your reflectors.
